6. Location Information:
   Once a Member selects a location for a trip or as hometown, it will be publicly available at the list of that location.
   
   Address Information:
   If address details are submitted to the Holidaydate.com service they are not made publicly available at any time.


7. Email addresses. We do not directly make your email address available to anyone on any part of the Holidaydate.com Service.


8. Un-validated Memberships. If you register for the Holidaydate.com Service, and fail to validate your Membership within 24 hours we will un-validate your Membership and all data will be removed.


9. Advertising. The Holidaydate.com Service may include advertising for other businesses. We may use and provide anonymous demographic data to improve targeting of this advertising.


10. Telephone numbers. You may enter a telephone number in your Personal Details. This number is for internal use only, for future or current services. Your number will never be provided to any third party.


11. Data Cleansing Process. If you have not logged in to the Holidaydate Service for a period of 3 month, we may at our discretion delete your profile including all messages, data or photos in your Holidaydate Account.


12. Sharing Information
    
    When you register for the Holidaydate.com Service, you can create your own profile and determine your own privacy settings. Your nickname and profile picture thumbnail will be available in all search results across the Holidaydate.com network. You can prevent this happening by specifying in the Privacy options that you wish your profile only to be viewable by either friends or none. The Holidaydate.com Service collects all information to provide you the service and offer adequate features for our service. As a user you transmit various information through various channels – all these data will be stored and analyzed to improve service of Holidaydate. As defined in the Holidaydate.com Terms and Conditions the Holidaydate.com Service is at your own risk.     If Holidaydate member uses our "Send2friend" function, he accepts that the email invitation will be sent on behalf of the member, to the relevant email address. By inviting their contacts to join Holidaydate Service, the Member agrees that they have obtained prior permission from their contacts to send them such an invitation. Holidaydate.com does not store the names and email addresses of the contacts. In addition we guarantee not to sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations.
